How long does one bottle last? 

Most users will use 1 cap 2x per day, and there are 90 caps per bottle. Thus, each bottle will last most users for six weeks.

What is the best way to use EC? 

I recommend you start with 2 caps per day. Works best when taken with meals, as it also improves insulin sensitivity and glucose disposal (less glucose being stored as fat), so take one cap with 2 meals.

If you notice a decrease in sex drive, increased joint pain, or a poor mood, it means EC is working too well and has driven down your estrogen levels too much. Just stop taking EC for a week and reduce the dosage to one cap per day to get estrogen in the optimal range (not too low or high).

The best way to use the product is 12 weeks on and 4 weeks off to avoid becoming desensitized to the herbs in the formula.

How is EC different from your Aggressive Strength Testosterone Booster?
