Q: Do you have any follow along workouts on the DVD?

A: No, I do not believe in lifting heavy weights while you watch TV. Follow the programs in the DVD User guide. When you train, you should be focused on lifting weights rather than listening to instructions via your TV. Also the workouts I recommend for building muscle are not made to be followed along. A: Foremost, get over yourself. Building muscle is hard for men that have much higher T levels than you. You will not get big and bulky by accident with strength training.
