Restorezyme for Workout Recovery

Systemic enzymes fight inflammation very effectively and have been shown to lower c-reactive protein (a measure of inflammation).* Managing inflammation will, in turn, result in less soreness from intense physical training and improved workout recovery.* Systemic enzymes are by far my favorite supplement for workout recovery and Restorezyme takes it to the next level. Restorezyme is beneficial for both men and women and I even give it to my dogs Rumi and Reyna to keep them healthy and pain-free. The enzymes in Restorezyme are in enteric-coated caps to ensure serrapeptase survives the stomach for maximum absorption.

Restorezyme lowers cortisol levels, more specifically it lowers the need for a cortisol response to inflammation which will in turn help you relax and get into a deep sleep state rapidly. Anyone with aches and pains or injuries knows what a negative impact it can have on deep sleep. It is difficult to relax and fall asleep when you have pain in your back, neck, knees, or anywhere for that matter. While Restorezyme is useful when taken at bedtime on an empty stomach, the best time to use it is post-workout. Here is what my friend Dr. William Wong a leading expert on systemic enzymes states on the topic, Five to ten capsules (depending on the intensity of the exercise) taken on an empty stomach after a workout will curb inflammation, improve recovery, speed tissue rebuilding and most importantly reduce the immune systems cortisol release in response to the post-training inflammation. If systemic enzymes are taken as daily supplements they will have a multitude of benefits you can study later but for now, know that they improve anabolism mostly by reducing cortisol catabolic effects. Speeding recovery from exercise and preventing post-exercise soreness is also a plus.

The key with Restorezyme is to determine the activation dosage. This is the dosage where you derive maximum benefit. For one person it may only be six caps per day and for another, it may be fifteen caps or more per day. It depends on how intense you train, what injuries you have, what your inflammation levels are, and how well you sleep. The more inflammation you have the greater the required dosage for maximum benefit. This requires a level of patience and dedication. Once you find the activation dosage it will be undeniable. Unlike NSAIDs, systemic enzymes are free of side effects and won’t damage your liver. I generally take five caps two times per day. After workouts on training days and before bedtime every day. Make sure to take systemic enzymes on an empty stomach otherwise, they become digestive enzymes which are not useless as the more energy you derive from food the better, but will not be utilized to eat up inflammation and induce healing which is the foremost benefit of systemic enzymes. If I get injured or experience excessive soreness, I go up to 10 caps 2x per day which works wonders.

Why Restorezyme?

Restorezyme enhances the body’s response to inflammation, metabolic activity, blood, joints, and circulation. The ingredients in the Restorezyme formula have been used for more than a decade by thousands of people as a daily dietary supplement.*

The elimination of potentially toxic substances from the body is an important part of the metabolic processes for optimal health.  A variety of health issues can develop without a proper store of enzymes or if toxins within the body impede enzyme function or availability.*

For example, the immune system can be overburdened with bacteria, fungi, toxins, and even food particles that fail to get completely digested in the gastrointestinal tract.  In many instances, proteins the body detects as foreign initiate an immune response.  Recognized as antigens, the immune system produces antibodies to start the process of their degradation and removal.  After coupling with one another, these antigens and antibodies form circulating immune complexes (CICs), which induce attack and destruction by the immune system’s macrophages (cells specifically designed to destroy CICs). In cases where inflammation is prolonged or when CICs are predominant within the body’s tissues and organs, the body may not have enough enzyme potential to begin the next process of renewal and recovery.   Moreover, research has demonstrated that a lack of proteolytic enzymes may not adequately address a large accumulation of CICs in the body.*

To address this problem, Restorezyme has been formulated with an ample supply of various proteases to facilitate the body’s immune defenses and breakdown free-roaming CICs which can keep the body in a constant state of inflammation. Restorezyme also contains papain and bromelain, enzymes known for their potent systemic properties.  Enteric-coated Serrapeptase highlights this powerful mix of proteolytic enzymes with its scientifically proven fibrinolytic power.*

In addition to these systemic and digestive proteases, lipase and amylase also offer their own enzyme activity to bolster the body with extra catalytic energy, especially for the complete digestion of fats, sugar, and protein complexes.  And for extra synergy, Restorezyme is rounded with anti-oxidant support in the form of rutin and amla, herbs well known for their unique bioflavonoid content, especially useful for tissue rejuvenation and recovery*

Systemic Enzyme Therapy for Men and Women

For nearly 40 years, serrapeptase has been at the heart of systemic enzyme therapy. Systemic enzymes such as serrapeptase have been used for optimal cell, tissue, organ, and metabolic function.*

The reality is that inflammation affects everyone, men and women alike.  However, along with nearly all other tissue and organs, inflammation can affect reproductive tissue and organs particularly.  For instance, many women experience painful swelling of the breast as well as uterine fibroids.  In men, prostate health is a major concern.  Although inflammation in each case may manifest differently in both men and women, inflammation has one thing in common: fibrin.*

Fibrin is an essential protein that is produced during inflammation.  As a blood-clotting protein, the body utilizes fibrin to contain blood loss and keep infection at bay after injury.  It is the initial first step in the body’s attempts at recovery.  Nevertheless, when inflammation has gone on for too long, fibrin along with other proteins such as collagen can begin to transform the original tissue into a tough fibrous matrix.  Differentiated and sometimes sequestered apart from healthy tissue, this fibrous matrix still has biological markers of inflammation. Nutrients and other building blocks are still needed for healthy and normal tissue.*

Systemic and proteolytic enzyme research over the years suggests that fibroids in women and swollen prostate glands in men are indications that the body has not been able to get past inflammation.  The resulting fibrous tissue usually accumulates toxins that have not been adequately removed by the body.*

Enzymes are energetic catalysts that push essential chemical reactions in the body in the right direction.  In its quest for internal balance, the body always turns to enzymes for help.  In this way, Restorezyme helps get inflamed tissue over the hump.*

Restorezyme’s superior proteolytic action assists the body in removing those larger protein molecules from damaged cells and tissues as well as the inflammatory response itself.  In helping break down these compounds, the impediments to sustaining healthy cell and tissue growth are removed and the processes for rejuvenation and recovery can move forward.*

Sport- and exercise-related muscle pain and inflammation brought on by strong physical tension, excessive training, and heavy competition are decreased with “excellent results” due to the specific activity of systemic enzymes on exercise-induced inflammation.4 Taking systemic enzymes prior to activity can also provide protective benefits to athletes who are at risk of injury, resulting in significantly reduced duration of injury symptoms and related absences from training and work. Systemic enzyme support also improves recovery from sprains, as well as shortens recovery from sports injuries severe enough to require surgery.5,6*

Frequently Asked Questions

How does fish oil compare to Restorezyme for reducing excess inflammation?

Fish oil lowers inflammation by suppressing the immune system. This can be useful if you have an overactive immune response. However, if you don’t then suppressing the immune system is as negative as it sounds. Restorezyme lowers cortisol levels, more specifically it lowers the need for a cortisol response to inflammation which will in turn help you relax and get into a beneficial healing state. By inducing healing an aggressive cortisol response to inflammation is reduced.

Cortisol is actually an anti-inflammatory hormone that is beneficial but if cortisol remains elevated for too long it attacks healthy tissue. This is one of the main reasons why those with prolonged elevated cortisol levels find it impossible to build muscle. Also, many that lose fat too soon, are in an elevated cortisol state (especially if they are abusing caffeine or other stimulants) which explains why they lose more muscle than fat and continue to have high levels of body fat.

This is why you should never try to lose too much weight too soon as it will always lead to a pronounced loss of muscle. Prolonged elevated levels of cortisol are also terrible for mood and probably have a much stronger connection to depression than the status quo advice of depression being linked to depleted serotonin levels. When your cortisol levels are elevated, your thriving hormones such as testosterone, DHEA, pregnenolone, and progesterone are depleted and there is no way your mental health will be on point when you’re suffering from depleted sex hormone levels.

Anyone that cares about keeping cortisol in check and creating an environment that supports optimal sex hormone production, should make using systemic enzymes such as Restorezyme a priority.

What is systemic enzyme therapy?

Systemic enzyme therapy refers to the therapeutic use of natural enzymes to produce desired healing effects. Systemic enzymes are absorbed from the small intestine where they enter the bloodstream and execute their effects on the entire body as a system. Their crucial role in normal inflammatory response assists and supports the body in accelerating healing.*

What is a systemic proteolytic enzyme?

Proteolytic enzymes break down proteins into their building blocks, which are called amino acids. Systemic proteolytic enzymes are responsible for breaking down accumulated protein and waste substances found in the circulatory system and connective tissue. Waste materials produced from inflammation and other biochemical processes can build up, contributing to excessive scarring and perpetuated immune responses. Excessive scarring, particularly of the organs, can exacerbate symptoms of the associated disease. The waste product of specific concern is known as fibrin. Regular systemic proteolytic enzyme use can improve circulation and aid in flushing out these waste products.*

What is fibrin?

Fibrin is a protein-based substance that is needed to help clot one’s blood, playing a substantial role in immune response and healing. When the body responds to injury or chronic inflammation, fibrin is recruited to the damaged area to form scar tissue. Although the body is equipped with plasmin, a naturally occurring enzyme responsible for breaking down excess fibrin, some people are at a disadvantage – as aging occurs, plasmin levels progressively decrease. This actually increases the risk of excessive, undesirable scar tissue formation in the body.*

Are systemic enzymes anti-inflammatory drugs?

Although systemic enzymes produce anti-inflammatory effects, they are not considered a drug. Since enzymes are naturally occurring within the body, systemic enzyme therapy is considered supplementation. One difference between systemic enzymes and NSAIDs (Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs) involves the duration of action. While NSAIDs produce short-term pain relief, systemic enzymes can produce long-term alleviation with appropriate use.*

The largest difference between NSAIDs and systemic enzymes is the mechanism of action and possible side effects. NSAIDs block the production of prostaglandins, which are responsible for inflammation and swelling. However, prostaglandins protect the lining of the stomach, and prolonged use of NSAIDs can reduce this protection and increase the risk of developing ulcers. Conversely, regular use of systemic enzymes has no negative side effects and can actually provide protective effects against excess inflammation.*

Why is it important to take Restorezyme on an empty stomach?

Since most absorption occurs in the small intestine, the systemic enzymes must bypass the stomach to gain access there. If the enzymes are taken with food, they will likely begin working to break down your food within the stomach, rather than passing through to the small intestine. Taking systemic enzymes like Restorezyme with food will compromise their absorption, as well as their effectiveness. Also according to my friend and enzyme expert Dr. William Wong,  it is also important to take enzymes with at least 8oz of water to help activate the enzymes to maximum potential.*

What is the best way to use Restorezyme?

Remember to take each dose on an empty stomach (one hour before meals or an hour after). It is better to split up the dosage than take it all at once. For example, 2-3 caps 3x per day. A good time to take a dose on training days is immediately after training then have your post-workout meal 30-60 minutes later. I recommend you start with 3 caps 3x per day. If you don’t notice any benefits after a week (less soreness, better workout recovery, etc), go up to 4 caps 3x per day. You may have to go as high as 5 caps 3x per day but start with the lower dose recommendation first.*

Does Restorezyme have an enteric coating?

Yes, the serrapeptase in Restorezyme is enterically coated. While similar systemic enzymes may have the same active ingredients, most do not utilize enteric coating. The purpose of the enteric coating is to protect the enzyme from the acidic environment of the stomach. High activity level is preserved until the enzymes reach the small intestine, where absorption into the bloodstream takes place. While the enteric coating can withstand the acidic environment of the stomach, the alkaline environment of the small intestine will disintegrate the enteric coating, allowing the enzyme to be active within the bloodstream.*

Do you use phthalates in your enteric coating?

No, our enteric coating does not use or contain phthalates. At AST Enzymes, we use Methacrylic Acid Copolymer (MAAC) for our enteric coating. Compared to other commonly used enteric coating agents such as Cellulose Acetate Phthalate (CAP) and Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose Phthalate (HPMCP), MAAC is the most gastro-resistant and does not carry the same risks. Additionally, MAAC is considered GRAS (Generally Recognized as Safe) by the FDA and is approved for use by the European Food Safety Authority. To learn more about enteric coating used in AST Enzymes products, please click the ‘Compare” tab.

How long should I take Restorezyme before feeling results?

Since people experience varying ailments and severity of the disease, the length of time to include systemic enzymes in your regimen may vary as well. As an overall guideline, it is typically recommended that new systemic enzyme users start off slow. A starter dose is generally one capsule, three times daily. After three to four days of proven tolerance, the dose can be increased to a therapeutic dose of 3 capsules, 3 times per day. At this point, results may be monitored, and the dosage should be adjusted accordingly. Some consumers find their therapeutic dose between 9-15 capsules per day, while others only need 3-6. There are several factors that may affect results and required dosage, including:

·         Height

·         Weight

·         Age

·         Severity of symptoms

·         Tolerance

·         Time of administration (Better absorbed on an empty stomach)

·         Adherence to the regimen

·         Nutritional state

What if I miss a dose?

Regular, consistent use of systemic enzymes will provide the best results, however, missed doses of systemic enzymes do not have serious repercussions. Although symptoms alleviated by systemic enzyme therapy may resurface, getting back on track by remembering to take your next dose will suffice. There is also the option of incorporating another dose during the day. There is no need to “double up,” on one dose – and remember, systemic enzymes are best absorbed on an empty stomach.

Is Restorezyme Gluten-free?

Yes, all of my supplements are gluten-free as well as free of soy, dairy, animal by-products, and msg.

Are there any side effects involved with Restorezyme?

The use of Restorezyme has not been shown to exhibit detrimental effects, neither long-term nor short-term. Just as dosage requirements vary, side effects may vary as well. Although gastrointestinal disturbances have been reported by a small percentage of new users, tolerance is maintained once the dosage is adjusted. Minor allergic reactions, like reddening of the skin, are also rare occurrences and can be seen with extremely high doses. There are no known interactions with prescription or over-the-counter drugs while using systemic enzyme therapy. However, it is recommended that you consult with your physician about starting systemic enzymes, especially if you are currently on blood-thinning medications or if you are pregnant or nursing.*

Can I take Restorezyme with digestive enzymes?

Although digestive and systemic enzymes are not contraindicated in terms of ingredients, they cannot be taken at the same time. The purpose of digestive enzymes is to aid in the digestion of specific foods, so taking them with food is an obvious recommendation. Because systemic enzymes require an empty stomach for maximum absorption, they must be taken separately from digestive enzymes. There are no adverse interactions between systemic and digestive enzymes, but they serve different purposes and thus should be taken as directed for best results.*

Are your products manufactured at a facility that practices cGMP?

Yes, cGMP refers to the Current Good Manufacturing Practice regulations enforced by the FDA. CGMPs provide for systems that assure proper design, monitoring, and control of manufacturing processes and facilities. All of my supplements are made at such facilities.

How long does it take for delivery?

All orders placed on Sunday to Thursday are shipped within twenty-four hours. USA orders are shipped by USPS priority mail and delivered on an average of five business days. Orders to Canada are delivered within 7-10 days on average. Orders sent to Europe and Australia generally take two weeks and orders sent to Asia take 3-4 weeks. Delays can result from customs taking longer to clear orders.

Does your company support any causes or charities?

Yes, I am a strong financial supporter of many charities including Project Child Save to help save kids from human trafficking, The Warrior Angels Foundation to help soldiers with PTSD due to traumatic brain injuries Voice For The Animals,  to help homeless animals, and animal rights legislation, and No Dogs Left Behind to help rescue animals from the horrific dog meat trade. When you support my company you indirectly support all of these fantastic organizations and many others.

Here is what people are saying about Restorezyme

I want to give you a testimonial for your Restorzyme products. I had a build of scar tissue in my Achilles/heel area from a partial Achilles tear. I could not stretch my Achilles or calf muscle in my leg without significant discomfort since the injury. I have tried EVERYTHING to break up the scar tissue, i.e. massage therapy, guasha, castor oil, etc. None of it worked. I started taking 6 Restorzyme caps twice a day about 20 days ago. I could almost feel the scar tissue start to “dissolve” after 10 days. As of yesterday, I cannot feel the scar tissue at all and I can stretch my calf without any discomfort at all. Additionally, I feel FUCKING GREAT, I am working out like a monster and feel totally recovered the next day. Thanks for everything you do, the podcasts, spreading the word about Veganism, etc.
–Dan Newell

I felt the need to chime in about my thoughts on your Restorenxyme product. This stuff is the real deal! My soreness and aches and pains have decreased significantly. I am able to recover so much quicker now! These enzymes are magic. I am hooked for life. I have recommended them to several people to try out and I am hoping they get the results they desire. Thanks for creating some of the best products available. The inflammation in my elbow joints is healed and I am able to do regular pullups with no pain again. This is worth it to me! Like you had said, I must establish my idea dose to feel the benefits. Some days I take four caps at once. I am surprised this stuff isn’t more popular. I have a feeling it could blow up big. Thanks again, Mike!

–Mark Richard

Mike, I want to thank you for another absolutely outstanding product in Restorezyme. After achieving excellent results with the Recovery Oil and the Test booster, I had to try Restorezyme. As someone who spent the majority of his life working manual labor, at 36 I just accepted that all those years of roofing, construction, and landscaping had finally caught up with me. Since taking Restorezyme, two caps three times a day, I have noticed an amazing improvement. The nagging pains are gone and I wake up with fewer aches and stiffness. Along with a consistent stretching regimen, my sciatica has decreased a great deal as well. My shoulder isn’t clicking or popping as much either. I can’t recommend it enough. You have raised the bar in quality standards with your supplements and customer service. Thank you for all that you do Mike

–Tavis Murray

Mike, I want to thank you for making such an excellent supplement in Restorezyme.  At 44 years of age with many years of heavy lifting, coupled with more recently long-drive golfing left & right-handed and heavy double kettlebell work… the consistent knee, back, and elbow pain was something I was prepared to deal with with for the long haul.   After taking your product my joints and residual soreness have gone away. The inflammation I was dealing with previously was awful and has now disappeared! I’m able to once again pursue all my athletic endeavors at full speed. Thanks again for making such an incredible product.

–James Frank

Hi Mike.  I just wanted to give you a shout-out about your Restorezyme.  It took me a week or so to figure out the dosage but once I did, I was quite surprised.  I am a lifelong cyclist & sometime runner, so upper body strength has not been a priority for me.  I started Crossfit and have packed on 20lbs in 2 years.  My bench press has never impressed anybody at only 150lbs.  I have been suffering a pulled left pec and was having some other shoulder issues on the left side; my bench dropped down to 95lbs, then it was all I could do to press 75lbs.  The weakness for presses on my left side had gotten pretty bad, my right side would punch the weight up while I could barely get the barbell off my chest on the left side.

Once I had the correct dosage of Restorezyme, after a week the soreness in my left chest & shoulder was gone.  The weight started back up towards my previous limits and I was able to get back to my working weight again.  We did testing this week to see what our new PR’s were if any. The bench press is up by 20lbs!  The strict press went up another 5lbs!

I don’t want to sound like I’m over-hyping the product, but this stuff has produced the most desirable effect of any supplement I’ve taken.  I’m working out hard, but that “blown out & crippled” feeling I used to have on the day after is just gone.  I’m a bit sore and that’s it.  I’ve started recommending it to other folks, I can’t say enough good about systemic enzymes now.

 –Ansel Chin

Like many physical therapists in the profession, I became one due to a personal history of injuries. Yet at times,  therapeutic exercises and manual therapies can only get one so far. My long-standing history of herniated discs in my lumbar spine (since I was 17), a torn rotator cuff (since 2009), and extensive knee surgery (since I was 16) has led to recurrent aches and pains. After initially listening to your podcasts with Sincere, I decided to give your products a try.

I’m blown away by all of them, but for now, I want to highlight your Recovery Oil and Restorezyme. It just so happened that around the same time I ordered them, I had exacerbated my lumbar discs due to a freak accident. I’m talking “sciatica” down the leg, a flexion deformity when I got out of the car, and an antalgic gait.

Normally, it would take me weeks to recover despite specializing in herniated discs. (BTW, I’m purposely trying to avoid surgeries for my back since I’ve treated so many post-op surgeries). Anyway, since taking these products, I’ve recovered in record time. Yes, I did my therapeutic exercises (McKenzie method + neurodynamic tensioning + spinal manipulations), but I do believe that the anti-inflammatory effects of the Restorezyme assisted greatly in addressing my nerve/discogenic pain. I’ve been able to resume my kettlebell training (which I started after ordering your FANTASTIC DVD, BTW.)

Recovery Oil helped me greatly in my sleep during this time. It also allowed me to alleviate the muscle soreness and generalized pain I’ve had in my shoulder, knee, and lower back. It has even made me a believer in my wife, who’s been working through a bicep strain.

These products are fantastic, and I’m not shy about telling my friends (and patients) about them. Thanks for providing such quality supplements, as well as excellent information through your podcasts and DVDs.

–Dave Aznar, DPT, Cert. MDT

Hi Mike,
So I have had general knee pain for about 2 years now. Didn’t affect my daily life, but I had to wear knee braces for my exercise classes and would often take Advil before class. 1 bottle of Restorezyme and I was virtually pain free. I did classes without knee braces for 1st time this week.
I couldn’t believe it. Was worried pain would come back after I stopped taking it, but they actually seemed to continue to get better. I am now using your recovery oil for general maintenance. Thanks so much for the amazing product.

Thanks!

–R Alonzo

Simply amazing. Got my life back!  Obviously I’ve needed these enzymes forever. Now I’m NEVER in that dense afternoon fog the day after a workout.

I’ve now been using Restorzyme for about two and a half weeks, and I’m completely out of the woods, having great energy the day after a workout, and being able to get back to having a life instead of just trying to recover and re-focus before the next session. I bought 3 more bottles right away.

I seriously have to say that if I could only use ONE supplement, Restorzyme would absolutely be it, hands-down, no debate.

I take 2 at 10 am, 2 at 2 pm, and 2 at around 530-6 pm, or at around 9 pm (post-workout) on workout days.

On workout days I also usually take 2 additional capsules right before bed, just for good measure, hopefully to some benefit other than in my head.

I currently use the Triple-Threat; Restorzyme, the T-booster, and the Recovery Oil, and life is good.

Thanks, Mike, you’ve done it again.

–Mark Hanington

Huntington Beach, Ca.

I have been taking Restorezyme for a month and it’s by far the best product I’ve taken I’m training for an ironman and am having no trouble recovering from day to day.

–AJ Adamczyk

Hey Mike…..I just wanted to give you an update on your product called Restorezyme. I have Bursitis in my right shoulder. I was a baseball picture for 10 years and now that I am 54 years old doing CrossFit. It has reared its ugly head. I had a steroid shot that lasted about two months but came back. I was living on Advil, alive and I even got a prescription for Celebrex. I started taking your product on Sunday 10/19/13. 3 3x a day. I noticed the edge was off. The REAL TEST… 75 LBS 10 SNATCHES – 10 PUSH PRESS – REST 30 SEC. 20 SNATCHES 20 PUSH PRESS REST 30 SEC. 30 SNATCHES 30 PUSH PRESS REST 30 SEC. 40 SNATCHED 40 PUSH PRESS.    Before I did this in the morning, I took 4 and then 4 in the afternoon and 4 after I did another CrossFit WOD. I gotta tell ya AMAZING PRODUCT.  I still ice it just for precaution but your product is doing wonders for my shoulder. I am referring this product to my CrossFit friends. I have a lady already interested in it.

Carl Mathias

I am a former college/short-time pro athlete who enjoys mountain biking, hiking, rock climbing, and golf. I had aching knees and stiffness after strenuous workouts or even 18 holes of golf. The Restorezyme has completely eliminated the pain. Restorezyme and the Recovery spray are the only supplements that I take.

I believe in the product so much that I have my Dad on it (knee replacement), and my Mom (recovering from radiation) both with great results. I even put my 12-year-old mutt Holly on Restorezyme with fantastic results. She is running around with my two younger dogs and these fat bumps she had on her body have completely disappeared in a couple of weeks. I have put my two younger dogs on it as well.

I tried it with my parents and dogs after talking to Mike, He has great information, stands behind his product, and even gave me suggestions of supplements he does not personally sell. Support like that is unheard of in the supplement industry.

Mike, you have a customer for life a very appreciative son, and a dog owner. Thank you for your support and fantastic products. I plan to try the Testosterone Booster next!

–Ed Booth

Restorezyme – The Best – body inflammation is way down compared to how I used to feel, I wake up feeling reasonably fresh, aside from a bit of muscle tightness. I have had an extensive shoulder reconstruction & put up with chronic inflammation. This has been the only product/food, other than eliminating gluten foods, etc, that has dropped the pain and inflammation right down. I Will continue to use it for sure – hence my year supply I ordered a couple of weeks ago.

–Dave Forster

Mike, just a short note to say I have been using your Restorezyme for over 1 year, I love the product, it helps me greatly with recovery, which means I can train more. Recently I started combining it with milk thistle and just by accident I have noticed it totally reduced cellulite on my thighs. I used to take milk thistle in the past but it never had that effect until I combined it with your Restorezyme, for some reason both of these supplements combined got rid of the problem that I battled since I was a teenager. Thank you for a great product that not only has helped me to recover better but has also proved to have an awesome “side effect”, which I didn’t expect but am very happy about ;).

-Sabina Skala

Mike, you’re definitely on to something with your supplements. I have to say that Restorezyme is a must-have for any individual that is involved in any physical activity. I deal with inflammation from service-related injuries to just wear and tear at the gym. I’m the poster boy for it. I would hate to be so quick with a review/testimonial but here’s an example. I work at a lumber yard so it’s very labor-intensive. I cut, pull, and haul lumber all day as well as being on my feet. I’ve had a nagging pain around the flexor muscle on top of my right hand for the last week. Immediately after receiving the Restorezyme, I took 3 caps on an empty stomach. I gave it some time to see if the pain would diminish which was slightly noticeable. I followed 3 more caps before bed as well as 3 more caps in the morning the next day on an empty stomach and the pain is gone! I sh!@ you not!

One more thing, after I got off work to go the gym I decided to do box squats, I was pain-free and I added 2 more reps @ 225  and said what the hell and did 3 for 275…not bad for someone with a metal rod in his leg….for the first time in a while I feel I can really push myself physically without the fear of injuries or stiff joints. Thank you, brother!

I just wanted to say so far I’ve been noticing a big difference from the Restorzyme (3caps 3x a day) that has massively lessened (not completely gone) tendonitis pain that I’ve had for a year from RSI with my guitar work … pleased with this as it means I’m currently able to avoid cortisone/surgery options and still carry on with my career!

Your Restorezyme systemic enzyme formula has become a permanent fixture in my daily routine, so much so that I find it difficult to believe how I used to function without it! I immediately noticed less muscle soreness after my workouts as well as faster recovery times. Restorezyme, together with the Mahler Recovery oil and adequate rest & recovery techniques were instrumental in allowing me to push myself harder when exercising and as such meet my weight loss goals (I lost over 100 pounds of overall body weight and 11 inches off my waistline).
However, I saw the true power of your product when I got injured during one of my martial arts sessions, where I fell badly on my right shoulder. While I did not feel much discomfort at first, I was in excruciating pain the next morning to the point where I could not even raise my arm and I struggled just to put on my shirt. At that time, taking 3 capsules of Restorezyme with 2 cups of water was already a set part of my morning routine. This morning I decided to take double the amount in the morning with some more during the day. By that afternoon I was able to raise my arm all the way up with significantly less discomfort! I was able to make a full recovery just less than a month later. This incident cemented in my mind just how effective systemic enzymes, and specifically your products, are in fighting inflammation and aiding recovery.
I am truly thankful that I discovered your website, resources, products, and podcast since when I first found out about you there were not many resources available for vegans focused on building strength and fitness. You have a wealth of personal development tools on offer and I will continue to employ them on my journey to make myself better.
Best Regards,

Mike, I want to thank you for making such an excellent supplement in Restorezyme.  At 44 years of age with many years of heavy lifting, coupled with more recently long-drive golfing left & right handed and heavy double kettlebell work… the consistent knee, back and elbow pain was something I was prepared to deal with for the long haul.   After taking your product my joints and residual soreness have gone away. The inflammation I was dealing with previously was awful and has now disappeared! I’m able to once again pursue all my athletic endeavors at full speed. Thanks again for making such an incredible product.

Hi Mike.  Just wanted to give you a shout-out about your Restorezyme.  It took me a week or so to figure out the dosage but once I did, I was quite surprised.  I am a lifelong cyclist & sometime runner, so upper body strength has not been a priority for me.  I started CrossFit and have packed on 20 lbs in 2 years.  My bench press has never impressed anybody at only 150 lbs.  I have been suffering from a pulled left pec and was having some other shoulder issues on the left side; my bench dropped down to 95 lbs, and then it was all I could do to press 75 lbs.

We did testing this week to see what our new PRs were if any. The bench press is up by 20 lbs!  The strict press went up another 5 lbs!

I don’t want to sound like I’m over-hyping the product, but this stuff has produced the most desirable effect of any supplement I’ve taken.  I’m working out hard, but that “blown out & crippled” feeling I used to have the day after is just gone.  I’m a bit sore and that’s it.  I’ve started recommending it to other folks, I can’t say enough good about systemic enzymes now.

I don’t really remember how I stumbled onto your site, the internet is quite the rabbit hole, but I ended up listening to the podcast you have on the page for Restorezyme. It all sounded good, and I figured I didn’t have much to lose by giving it a shot so I ordered a bottle. I won’t say it was quite a miracle cure and that I was jumping out of bed with no pain the next morning after first taking it, but I can say that I was able to quit taking Aleve that first week. My feet quit feeling like they had knives shoved in them and my hands no longer felt like fat-fingered gloves lacking the manual dexterity I once enjoyed. While I still get regular massage therapy, I can’t tell you the last time I had to see a chiropractor for my back. This product is simply what I had been looking for, for years. While Restorezyme appears to be marketed toward folks who lift heavy things frequently, it has done amazing things for my arthritis, so much so that I ordered a pack of five bottles once I was done with that first bottle. Hell, I’m even looking into working out again, something I haven’t been able to do for years. Thanks for getting this product out; as long as you make it, I’ll continue to do it.
